As Floof Digital's resident Australian Cattle Dog, Jules serves as the company's unofficial VP of Operations, Director of Workflow Integrity, and Head of Compliance & Cat Logistics / a role that is equal parts leadership, crisis response, and trying to herd cats without losing his mind.

Which, to be clear, is not a metaphor here.

He is, quite literally, in the business of herding cats.

Jules takes workflow seriously.

Most organizations are not operating in a floof-dense environment where apex predators with zero regard for procedure are allowed to roam freely across desks, windowsills, staircases, and active work zones.

Jules has taken on that burden with courage.

He ensures traffic stays manageable. He monitors unauthorized movement. He conducts live compliance audits with intense eye contact and visible concern. He is, at all times, at least partially engaged in the impossible task of making sure the cats are where they need to be, or at minimum, not where they absolutely should not be.
