Write a brief, get a complete proposal in your brand, share one link, and watch the deal move when the client says yes.
Describe the job and the AI returns a full proposal: cover, letter, the client's situation, scope, deliverables, timeline, investment options, team, case study and terms. It can read the prospect's website first so the proposal speaks to their business. Ask for changes in plain words. Prices and results come only from your brief; the AI is never allowed to invent them.
Rearrange sections, add images, galleries, storyboards or a background video cover, and reuse your own templates. Every proposal uses your workspace theme.
Each proposal is a private link with an optional password and expiry date. When the client opens it, the view appears on the deal timeline, and if it sits unsigned Wiggle reminds you, or with auto-nudge on, nudges the client from the deal owner.
Linked to a deal, a proposal carries an accept form: the client picks an option, enters their name and agrees to your terms. Wiggle stores a fingerprinted copy and a PDF, marks the deal won and emails both sides. A decline marks it lost. Separately, you can upload any PDF and send it for a click-to-sign signature with a recorded consent trail. Payment at acceptance is rolling out.
